وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَسۡتَمِعُونَ إِلَيۡكَۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوۡ كَانُواْ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ

English translation: And among them (are some) who listen to you But (can) you cause the deaf to hear cause the deaf to hear even though they [were] (do) not use reason

Transliteration: wamin'hum man yastami'una ilayka afa-anta tus'mi'u al-suma walaw kanu la ya'qiluna
