Quran 10:107 from Surah Yunus on Divine Marvels.
وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرّٖ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يُرِدۡكَ بِخَيۡرٖ فَلَا رَآدَّ لِفَضۡلِهِۦۚ يُصِيبُ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
English translation: And if Allah touches you Allah touches you with adversity (there is) no remover of it except Him and if He intends for you any good then (there is) no repeller (of) His Bounty He causes it to reach He causes it to reach whom He wills of His slaves And He (is) the Oft-Forgiving the Most Merciful
Transliteration: wa-in yamsaska al-lahu bidurrin fala kashifa lahu illa huwa wa-in yurid'ka bikhayrin fala radda lifadlihi yusibu bihi man yashau min ibadihi wahuwa al-ghafuru al-rahimu
